How to Truss a roast

In this Masterclass, Chef Adam D’Sylva shares his method to trussing meat to gain a beautifully cooked and presented roast. 

Trussing allows the stuffing to remain closer to the skin while cooking to create greater depth of flavour. It also helps your roast stay together so that it’s easy to cut and beautifully presented.
