Breakfast has never been so decadent with this very special Brioche French toast!

Ingredients
French toast
- 4 x Brioche slices (2 per serve)
- 1 x Egg - lightly whisked
- 1 x Cup Milk
- 2 x Tbsp Caster Sugar
- 1 x Tsp Queens Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1 x Tbsp Icing Sugar
- Fresh Mint
- Fresh Blackberries
- Fresh Blueberries
- Fresh Strawberries
Chantilly Cream
- 300ml Whipping Cream
- 1 x Tbsp Icing Sugar
- 1 x Tsp Queens Vanilla Bean Paste
Directions
Chantilly Cream
In a stand mixer, beat the cream, icing sugar and paste. Set aside.
French toast
Lightly whisk the egg and add to the mix of milk, caster sugar and vanilla bean paste. Dunk the bread slices into the mix and in a medium heated Anolon skillet, fry the bread either side until golden brown.
Assembly
On a plate, add the 2 pieces of French toast. Dust with icing sugar and accompany with the Chantilly cream and fresh berries. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
Tip
Normally butter is added to the pan when frying French toast however with Anolon’s exceptional non-stick abilities, there was no need to use any.
