French toast

Lightly whisk the egg and add to the mix of milk, caster sugar and vanilla bean paste. Dunk the bread slices into the mix and in a medium heated Anolon skillet, fry the bread either side until golden brown.

On a plate, add the 2 pieces of French toast. Dust with icing sugar and accompany with the Chantilly cream and fresh berries. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.

Normally butter is added to the pan when frying French toast however with Anolon’s exceptional non-stick abilities, there was no need to use any.
