How to Confit Salmon

Chef Adam D’Sylva demonstrates how to create delicious Confit Salmon. 

Confit is a method of cooking where food is cooked slowly on a low heat. Once these skills are perfected, this confit technique can be used on other meats such as Duck. 

Chef D’Sylva highlights the importance of even and slow cooking when creating confit dishes, which can be achieved by using Hard-anodised cookware.
